The invention provides a battery heating control method applied to an electric forklift, an electronic device and the electric forklift, and relates to the technical field of forklift thermal management, the electric forklift comprises a battery thermal management system, and the battery thermal management system comprises a waterway pipeline, a water pump arranged on the waterway pipeline, a battery pack water storage layer and a liquid heater. The water inlet end of the water pump is communicated with the battery pack water storage layer, and the water outlet end of the water pump is communicated to the battery pack water storage layer after passing through the liquid heater; the battery heating control method comprises the following steps: judging whether a heating condition is met or not according to the temperature of each battery cell in a battery pack and the temperature of a water inlet; if yes, whether heating of the whole vehicle can be started or not is judged according to related parameters of the whole vehicle; and if the whole vehicle can start heating, the liquid heater is started. According to the invention, the liquid heater is adopted to heat the liquid in the waterway pipeline, so that the battery pack is indirectly heated, and the performance of the whole vehicle can also be considered.

    本发明提供了一种应用于电动叉车的电池加热控制方法、电子装置及电动叉车,涉及叉车热管理技术领域,电动叉车包括电池热管理系统,电池热管理系统包括水路管道,设置于水路管道上的水泵,电池包储水层及液体加热器,水泵的进水端与电池包储水层连通,水泵的出水端经液体加热器后,连通至电池包储水层;电池加热控制方法包括:根据电池包中各电池电芯的温度以及进水口温度,判断制热条件是否满足;若是,则根据整车相关参数,判断整车是否能开启制热;若整车能开启制热,则开启液体加热器。本发明采用液体加热器对水路管道中的液体进行加热,从而间接对电池包进行加热,还能兼顾整车性能。
