The invention provides a steel rail fracture monitoring method and system and a server. Ultrasonic guided wave signals collected by a detection device are analyzed and processed, firstly, an algorithm is used for judging the area where defects are located, due to the fact that the detection device is prone to being affected by external factors, the collected signals are filtered, interference components in the signals are filtered out, and then the detection device is detected; the signal-to-noise ratio is improved, the defect signal is accurately and effectively identified, the defect position and size of the steel rail can be obtained by analyzing the defect signal, and the cost of manual flaw detection is reduced.

    本发明提出了一种钢轨断裂监测方法、系统及服务器,将检测设备采集到的超声导波信号进行分析处理,首先使用算法判断缺陷所在区域,由于检测设备易受外界因素影响,因此对采集到的信号进行滤波处理,滤除信号中的干扰成分,提高信噪比,准确有效的识别出缺陷信号,通过分析缺陷信号可以得到钢轨的缺陷位置和大小,减少了人工探伤的成本。
