The invention provides a shore bridge pulley state monitoring device. The shore bridge pulley state monitoring device comprises a monitoring assembly; the first bearing shaft and the second bearing shaft are distributed and fixed to the two sides of the top of the mounting base, one side of the monitoring rod rotatably sleeves the first bearing shaft, the other side of the monitoring rod fixedly sleeves the linkage shaft, the end of the side, rotatably sleeving the first bearing shaft, of the monitoring rod is provided with a sensing piece, and the proximity sensor is erected above the top of the mounting base. One side of the linkage rod corresponds to the bottom of the proximity sensor, and the other side of the linkage rod is rotatably sleeved on the second bearing shaft and movably sleeved on the linkage shaft. The sensing piece is in circular run-out contact with the end faces of the two sides of the groove of the pulley to drive the monitoring rod to swing, when the monitoring rod swings, the swing amount is transmitted to the linkage rod to amplify swing, the swing is sensed by the proximity sensor, and therefore the proximity sensor judges that the pulley is damaged according to the sensed swing of the linkage rod. And a pulley damage signal is transmitted to a quay crane running program to control the pulley to stop running, so that the whole-course real-time monitoring of the pulley is realized.

    本发明提供一种岸桥滑轮状态监测装置,包括监测组件;第一承转轴和第二承转轴分布固定于安装座的顶部两侧,监测杆的一侧可转动套设于第一承转轴、另一侧固定套设于联动轴,监测杆可转动套设于第一承转轴的一侧端部设置有感应件,接近传感器架设于安装座的顶部上方,连动杆一侧对应于接近传感器的底部、另一侧可转动套设于第二承转轴以及可活动套设于联动轴。感应件被滑轮凹槽的两侧端面圆跳动接触而带动监测杆摆动,监测杆摆动时将摆动量进行传递于连动杆上进行放大摆动被接近传感器进行感应,从而接近传感器对感应到的连动杆摆动进行判断滑轮损坏,并将滑轮损坏信号进行传递于岸桥运行程序来控制滑轮停止运行,实现对滑轮的全程实时监测。
