The invention discloses an anti-falling safety device for binding and hoisting and a small component hoisting method. The anti-falling safety device for binding and hoisting comprises a lock rod, and an elastic piece is connected between a support of the lock rod and one end of the lock rod; the lock catch structure comprises two movable bases, one ends of the two movable bases are hinged together, the other end of the lock rod is arranged in lock holes of the two movable bases in a penetrating mode, the other ends of the two movable bases are attracted together through electromagnetic parts, and the electromagnetic parts are in signal connection with a controller. One end of the binding belt is fixedly connected to the support, the other end of the binding belt is adjustably installed on a movable base, and a locking space used for hooping one end of the small component is defined between the binding belt and the locking rod; and the two tie ropes are connected to the lock rod, are arranged on one side, far away from the binding belt, of the lock rod, and are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the sling. The problems that the gravity center of a small component is prone to shift when the small component is bundled and hoisted in the air, the inclination angle is too large, a hoisting belt falls off, and the component falls off are solved.
