The photovoltaic panel is supported on the inclined support rod; the motor box is installed on the front-row support, a motor is arranged in the motor box, the electric rocker is rotationally connected with the front-row support through a bearing, the motor is in driving connection with the electric rocker to controllably rotate the electric rocker, and the wave blocking device is connected with the electric rocker. According to the device, the photovoltaic panel is automatically adjusted to keep the optimal solar incident angle, the wave blocking device is adjusted to block waves, and safety is improved according to weather.
