The invention relates to the technical field of electric power inspection, in particular to an inspection robot which comprises a main body frame, a controller is installed at one end of the upper side of the main body frame, a vertical plate is fixed to the upper side of the main body frame, an industrial camera is installed at the upper end of the vertical plate, and laser radars are installed at the four corners of the upper side of the main body frame. The industrial camera and the laser radar are electrically connected with the controller. By means of the bridge plate moving mechanism and the bridge plate loading and unloading mechanism in the bridge plate moving mechanism, when the robot encounters a groove in the ground, the two bridge plates can be driven to move, the two bridge plates can be in lap joint with the ground on the two sides of the groove, and four wheels of the robot can stably pass through the groove through the two bridge plates; therefore, the trafficability of the robot is greatly improved, and the robot can carry out inspection operation in a more complex site.

    本发明涉及电力巡检技术领域,尤其是涉及一种巡检机器人,包括主体框架,所述主体框架的上侧一端安装有控制器,且主体框架的上侧固定有立板,所述立板的上端安装有工业相机,所述主体框架的上侧位于四角位置处均安装有激光雷达,所述工业相机和激光雷达均与控制器电性连接。本发明通过桥架板移动机构和其中的桥架板装卸机构,在机器人遇到地面有沟槽时,可以带动两个桥架板移动,可以将两个桥架板搭接在沟槽的两侧地面上,使机器人的四个车轮通过两个桥架板可以平稳的通过沟槽,从而大幅提高了机器人的通过性,可以在更复杂的场地进行巡检作业。
