The invention provides a gas combination test system and method for a gas ship. The system comprises a plurality of liquid cargo tanks, a tank car, a filling pipe, a condensation pipe, a reliquefaction mechanism and a main exhaust pipe. The reliquefaction mechanism comprises a liquefaction connecting pipe and a reliquefaction part, the liquefaction connecting pipe is used for discharging cargo steam in the corresponding liquid cargo tank, and the reliquefaction part is used for reliquefying the cargo steam into liquid gas; the re-liquefied liquid gas is discharged into other liquid cargo tanks through the liquefaction connecting pipe to be cooled; the main exhaust pipe is connected between every two adjacent liquid cargo tanks so that the liquid cargo tanks can be connected in series, and the main exhaust pipe is used for conveying cargo steam generated in the liquid cargo tanks to other liquid cargo tanks for nitrogen replacement. By changing the series-parallel connection mode of the liquid cargo tanks in different operation stages, the cargo steam generated in the front cabin replacement, cold cabin and filling process is fully utilized to replace and cool the rear cabin, so that the cargo steam is efficiently utilized, and meanwhile, the gas test time is also saved.

    本申请提供一种气体船的气体组合试验系统及方法。所述系统包括多个液货舱、槽车、加注管、冷凝管、再液化机构、主排气管。再液化机构包括液化连接管和再液化部,液化连接管用于排出对应液货舱内的货物蒸气,再液化部用于将货物蒸气再液化为液态气体;再液化后的液态气体经液化连接管排至其他液货舱内进行冷却;主排气管连接于相邻两个液货舱之间,以使多个液货舱串联连接,主排气管用于输送液货舱内产生的货物蒸气至其他液货舱进行氮气置换。通过改变不同操作阶段液货舱间的串并联连接方式,充分利用前舱置换、冷舱、加注过程中产生的货物蒸气,来置换、冷却后舱,实现货物蒸气高效利用,同时也节省了气试时间。
