    本发明公开了一种用于金属矿卸矿站的联合降尘系统及使用方法,联合降尘系统由卸矿站巷道壁面积尘高压水冲洗装置、卸矿站巷道底板喷淋洒水保湿装置、卸矿站矿车底板双向高压喷雾降尘装置组合构成。采用卸矿站巷道壁面积尘高压水冲洗装置沿卸矿列车前进方向采用高压水对巷道进行人工冲洗,采用卸矿站巷道底板喷淋洒水保湿装置对巷道进行喷淋洒水保湿,采用卸矿站矿车底板双向高压喷雾降尘装置对卸矿站卸矿时产生的粉尘进行封闭,可降低耗水量,并能有效避免卸矿坑内水量过大而黏结堵塞,提高高压喷雾降尘措施的现场适用性,实现高压喷雾装置的按需喷雾除尘;采用高压水冲洗卸矿站巷道壁面积尘、卸矿站巷道底板喷淋洒水保湿,综合抑尘、控尘效果显著,节能效果明显。
