The invention provides a special tool for installing and delivering a photovoltaic module at a high place, and belongs to the technical field of cranes. The special tool for installing and delivering the photovoltaic module at the high position comprises a frame body, a lifting structure used for lifting the photovoltaic module is arranged on the frame body, the lifting structure comprises an extending-in column used for penetrating through an installing hole in a turned-over edge of the back side of the photovoltaic module and extending into a C-shaped groove, and a check block is arranged at the end of the extending-in column. The stop blocks are used for being in stop fit with the inner wall of the flange after extending into the C-shaped groove along with the extending columns, and the number of the extending columns and the matched stop blocks is more than two, so that the photovoltaic module is limited on the lifting structure. According to the invention, the photovoltaic module is prevented from falling off by utilizing the mounting hole in the flanging on the back side of the photovoltaic module and the C-shaped groove in the back side of the photovoltaic module and arranging the extending column and the stop block to directly penetrate through the mounting hole and utilizing the stop block to be in stop fit with the inner wall of the flanging, the structure is simple, the mounting and the taking-down are convenient, and the labor intensity of operators can be reduced.

    本发明提供了一种高处安装递送光伏组件专用工具,属于起重机技术领域。高处安装递送光伏组件专用工具包括架体,架体上设置有用于举升光伏组件的举升结构,举升结构包括用于穿过光伏组件背侧的翻边上的安装孔并伸入C形槽内的伸入柱,伸入柱的端部设置有挡块,挡块用于随伸入柱伸入C形槽内后与翻边的内壁挡止配合,伸入柱及配套的挡块设置有两套以上,以将光伏组件限制在举升结构上。本发明利用了光伏组件背侧翻边上已有的安装孔,利用了光伏组件背侧已有的C形槽,通过设置伸入柱和挡块直接穿过安装孔即可利用挡块与翻边的内壁挡止配合,防止光伏组件脱落,结构简单,安装和取下方便,可减轻作业人员的劳动强度。
