Friction resistance and inertia resistance can be generated when liquid passes through the interior of a leakage groove, inertia resistance can be generated due to limitation of a flow channel when the fluid passes through a narrow channel, the inertia resistance can offset stretching acting force generated by a movable shaft body, and friction resistance generated when the liquid passes through the interior of the leakage groove is utilized, so that the fluid is prevented from falling off. The method can be used for counteracting impact acting force when the aircraft lands.
