The invention discloses a composite wing aircraft based on an X wing type tandem wing layout, and belongs to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, the composite wing aircraft comprises a nose, power control devices and flying wings, the nose is movably arranged at the front end of a fuselage, four main wings are integrally fixed on the periphery of the fuselage, the end parts of the main wings are respectively provided with one power control device, and the flying wings are fixed on the nose. The power control device is in transmission connection with the aileron spoilers, the aileron spoilers are used for adjusting the upper and lower flow velocity difference of the four main wings, so that the lift force of the four main wings is controlled, the nose is suitable for performing telescopic movement in the length direction of the fuselage, the flying wings can be driven to unfold through the luffing mechanism, and therefore the wingspan ratio of the aircraft is adjusted, and the aircrafts are more flexible. Therefore, induced resistance of the wings is changed, and maneuverability and voyage of the aircraft are improved. In addition, the tail is elastically installed at the tail end of the fuselage, when the aircraft cruises in the air, the conical tail is used for reducing wind resistance, and therefore the flight mileage and hang time of the aircraft are further improved.
