The device comprises an expandable conical light shield and a conical shield unfolding mechanism which are arranged at the top; the conical light shield is used for reducing the RCS when the spacecraft is in a non-working state, and the conical light shield unfolding mechanism is used for unfolding the conical light shield when the spacecraft is in a working state. The device can meet the working requirements of spacecrafts.
