The invention provides an arresting system, which relates to the technical field of arresting, is used for arresting and decelerating a part to be decelerated, and comprises an arresting part, a transmission unit, a first oil cylinder, a proportional throttle valve and a controller, and the two ends of the arresting part are correspondingly arranged on the two sides of a runway and are respectively connected with the transmission unit. The first oil cylinder comprises a first cylinder body and a first piston rod arranged in the first cylinder body, and the transmission unit is connected with the first piston rod; the first cylinder body is provided with a first oil port, and the first oil port is communicated with an inlet of the proportional throttle valve. The controller is electrically connected with the proportional throttle valve, and the controller is configured to control the opening degree of the proportional throttle valve so as to adjust the blocking force of the blocking piece when the to-be-decelerated piece is connected with the blocking piece and drives the first oil cylinder to stretch out and draw back through the transmission unit. According to the arresting system, the arresting force can be adjusted in time according to the weight and speed of the part to be decelerated, and rapid and stable landing and deceleration can be achieved on a short runway as much as possible.
