The invention discloses an undercarriage assembly of an aircraft and a flight vehicle, and relates to the technical field of transportation, the aircraft comprises a flight body, and the undercarriage assembly comprises an undercarriage body and a buffer assembly; the undercarriage body is used for being hinged to a flight body, and the undercarriage body is used for rotating relative to the flight body in the first rotating direction in the landing process; the buffer assembly is provided with a first connecting part and a second connecting part which are oppositely arranged; the first connecting part is connected to the undercarriage body, and the second connecting part is used for connecting a flight body; the buffer assembly is used for generating elastic deformation and/or plastic deformation along with rotation of the undercarriage body so as to prevent the undercarriage body from rotating relative to the flight body in the first rotation direction. The undercarriage assembly of the aircraft can solve the technical problems that an existing undercarriage is complex and heavy in structure, low in energy absorption efficiency, large in occupied space and inconvenient to store and integrate.
