The invention provides an engineering vehicle walking device capable of crossing obstacles, which belongs to the technical field of engineering vehicles and comprises a front wheel assembly and a rear wheel assembly which are symmetrically arranged and have the same structure, the front wheel assembly comprises a control assembly and two walking frame units connected with each other. Each walking frame unit comprises a main frame plate, a transmission assembly and two movable walking wheel assemblies; according to the movable walking wheel assembly, a rack is fixedly arranged at the top of a main frame plate; a gear and a moving assembly; the moving assembly is slidably arranged on one side of the main frame plate, and the gear is rotatably arranged on the moving assembly and engaged with the rack; the gear rotates to drive the moving assembly to move in the advancing direction. The lifting assembly is arranged on the moving assembly; a moving plate is arranged on the lifting assembly and driven by the lifting assembly to ascend and descend. A joint bearing is arranged on the movable plate; a wheel shaft of the wheel is fixed with an inner ring of the knuckle bearing; a control shaft is fixedly arranged at the top of the outer ring of the knuckle bearing at the front end; the control shaft is in transmission fit with the control assembly through the transmission assembly. The control assembly drives the two control shafts to rotate synchronously and drives the two wheels at the front end to swing by the same amplitude. According to the engineering vehicle walking device, crossing of large obstacles is achieved, the overall stability is good, and control is easy.

    本发明提供一种可跨越障碍的工程车辆行走装置,属于工程车辆技术领域,包括对称设置且结构相同的前轮组件和后轮组件;前轮组件包括控制组件以及互相连接的两个行走车架单元;每个行走车架单元包括主架板、传动组件和两个活动行走轮组件;活动行走轮组件包括:齿条固定设置在主架板的顶部;齿轮和移动组件;移动组件滑动设置在主架板的一侧,齿轮转动设置在移动组件上,且与齿条啮合;齿轮转动时带动移动组件沿行进方向移动;升降组件,设置在移动组件上;升降组件上设置有移动板,移动板通过升降组件驱动升降;移动板上设置有关节轴承;车轮,其轮轴与关节轴承的内圈固定;前端的关节轴承的外圈顶部固定设置有控制轴;控制轴通过传动组件与控制组件传动配合;控制组件驱动两个控制轴同步转动,带动前端的两个车轮摆动相同幅度。该工程车辆行走装置实现了大障碍物的跨越,整体稳定性较佳,控制简单。
