The invention discloses a control method of an electronic parking brake system and application of the electronic parking brake system to an electric forklift, the clamping action is as follows: judging the current and circuit change rate of a brake motor to obtain a time point at the moment of contact between a brake disc and a brake shoe, and representing the time point as a contact point; the advancing amount of the brake piston is controlled by taking the contact point as a reference, so that the clamping force is accurately obtained; according to the releasing action, the falling speed of the armature current of the brake motor is judged, the time point when the brake disc and the brake shoe are separated and released is obtained and is expressed as a releasing point, then the releasing point serves as the reference, the retreating amount of the brake piston is controlled, and therefore the operation amount of the brake motor is accurately controlled. By judging the contact point and the release point between the brake disc and the brake shoe, the magnitude of the braking force and the release time are adaptively adjusted, the braking effect is improved during parking braking, and the phenomenon that a braking motor is blocked to cause burnout of the motor when parking braking is relieved is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种电子驻车制动系统的控制方法及其在电动叉车的应用,所述夹紧动作是通过对制动电机的电流和电路变化率进行判断,得到制动盘和制动蹄片接触瞬间的时间点,表示为接触点,再以接触点为基准进而控制制动活塞的前进量,以此准确的获得夹紧力;所述释放动作是通过对制动电机的电枢电流下降速率进行判断,得到制动盘与制动蹄片脱离释放时的时间点,表示为释放点,再以释放点为基准进而控制制动活塞的后退量,以此准确的控制制动电机的运行量。本发明通过判断制动盘与制动蹄片之间接触点和释放点,适应性调整制动力的大小以及释放时间,在驻车制动时提升制动效果,在解除驻车制动时避免制动电机发生堵转的现象而引起电机烧毁。
