According to the method and the device, the load is kept in the working state, unexpected power failure of the load caused by unexpected reset of the controller is avoided, it is ensured that the load is kept in the working state during the unexpected reset period of the controller, and the safety is improved.

    本发明实施例涉及电路技术领域,公开了一种负载控制方法及电路、电池管理系统及车辆。负载控制方法包括:根据控制器输出的驱动信号,负载控制装置控制负载单元的开关导通,驱动信号为控制器基于负载工作指令产生的信号;根据驱动信号,负载控制装置控制负载控制装置的储能电容进行储能;当驱动信号处于高阻状态时,负载控制装置控制储能电容在第一时间段内放电,使负载单元的开关保持导通。本发明中,使得负载保持工作状态,避免负载由于控制器的非预期复位导致非预期掉电,确保了负载在控制器的非预期复位期间保持工作状态,提升了安全性。
