The invention relates to ADS driving scene generation. The present disclosure relates to a method performed by a scene generation system (1) for supporting generation of a driving scene of an ADS (21), the ADS being arranged on a vehicle (2). The scene generation system obtains (1001) vehicle surroundings data based on sensor data derived from one or more in-vehicle sensors (24); determining (1002) one or more potential interaction scenarios in front involving the vehicle and one or more potential surrounding road users (3) by evaluating the vehicle surroundings data; selecting (1003) at least a first potential interaction scenario of the one or more potential interaction scenarios; identifying (1004) a location (5) on the roadway; controlling (1005), by the ADS, a virtual version (6) of the vehicle deployed at the identified location; and generating (1006) ADS performance data formulated by the virtual vehicle controlled by the ADS.
