The invention provides an airborne three-color spotlight lens assembly assembling method. The method comprises the steps that 1, a collimating lens and a lens frame are sealed and reinforced; the reflection condensation cup is reinforced on the three-color LED lamp panel; 3, heat conduction pad pasting, wherein the three-color LED lamp panel provided with the reflection condensation cup is reinforced, and the heat conduction pad is evenly pasted; 4, the sealing groove of the rear end 1 of the spotlight is filled with a sealing material, and the height of the sealing material is 1.2-1.5 times of the depth of the sealing groove; the sealing material is a first layer of seal at the rear end of the three-color spotlight assembly; and step 5, carrying out final assembly treatment. According to the method, the weak link of the device is reinforced, and the reinforcing method is simple and high in reliability.
