According to the emergency release hook device of the mooring winch, the root of a mooring hook is rotationally matched with a base, the head of the mooring hook is fixedly connected with the base through a triangular connecting rod and a straight connecting rod, a connecting rod mechanism drives the triangular connecting rod to rotate through a hydraulic oil cylinder, and then the mooring hook is controlled to be switched between a mooring state and a release state. The hinged position of the triangular connecting rod and the vertical plate is a first hinged point, the hinged position of the straight connecting rod and the triangular connecting rod is a second hinged point, the hinged position of the straight connecting rod and the mooring hook is a third hinged point, the three hinged points are located on the same straight line in the mooring state, and the straight line is perpendicular to the rope outlet direction of the release hook device, so that the triangular connecting rod and the straight connecting rod form a self-locking state. The hydraulic oil cylinder only provides unlocking power and does not bear the pulling force of the mooring rope. According to the design, the mooring hook can be controlled to be switched between the mooring state and the releasing state through cooperation of the triangular connecting rod, the straight connecting rod and the hydraulic oil cylinder, the self-locking state can be formed through the triangular connecting rod and the straight connecting rod, and the reliability of mooring operation is effectively improved.

    一种系泊绞车应急释放钩装置,系泊钩的根部与底座旋转配合,系泊钩的头部通过三角连杆及直连杆与底座固定连接,连杆机构通过液压油缸驱动三角连杆旋转,进而控制系泊钩在系泊状态与释放状态中切换,三角连杆与立板铰接处为第一铰点,直连杆与三角连杆铰接处为第二铰点,直连杆与系泊钩铰接处为第三铰点,系泊状态下三个铰点位于同一直线上,且该直线垂直于释放钩装置的出绳方向,使得三角连杆及直连杆形成自锁状态,液压油缸仅提供解锁的动力,不承受系泊缆绳的拉力。本设计不仅可以通过三角连杆、直连杆及液压油缸配合控制系泊钩在系泊状态与释放状态中切换,而且可以通过三角连杆及直连杆形成自锁状态,有效提高系泊作业的可靠度。
