The invention discloses a novel elevator, and aims to solve the technical problems that the net size of a plane in a hoistway of a current elevator is not uniform, and particularly, the running of a counterweight is blocked due to the fact that the lower part of a lower half part of the hoistway is provided with bulges due to a pedestrian path and a fire fighting access, the novel elevator structurally comprises an elevator hoistway, and a convex wall is arranged at the middle lower part of one side of the elevator hoistway; a counterweight buffer seat is installed on the protruding wall, a counterweight mechanism is installed at the corresponding position above the counterweight buffer seat, and the counterweight mechanism is connected with a traction cable through a pulley mechanism. By changing the stroke and the transmission ratio of the counterweight, the problem that the counterweight cannot be lowered to a pit due to protrusion of a floor at the bottom is solved, the counterweight buffer seat is adjusted to the position, with the large size, of the hoistway, the protrusion is avoided, the counterweight buffer seat is installed at the protrusion position, safety tongs are arranged on the counterweight mechanism, and the counterweight buffer seat is prevented from falling into the pit. And under the condition that the net size of the elevator in the hoistway is not uniform, the counterweight of the elevator can operate normally.

    本发明公开了一种新型电梯,旨在解决当前电梯在井道内部平面净尺寸不统一,特别是下半部分井道下部因人行通道和消防通道,有凸出使对重运行受阻的技术问题,其结构包括电梯井道,所述电梯井道一侧的中下方安装设置有凸出墙,在所述凸出墙上安装有对重缓冲座,在所述对重缓冲座上方的对应位置安装有对重机构,所述对重机构通过滑轮机构连接有牵引索。本发明通过改变对重的行程以及传动比例来解决底部层楼凸出无法使对重下到底坑,将对重缓冲座上调至井道的尺寸较大位置,避开凸出的同时,利用凸出位置安装对重缓冲座,在对重机构上配置安全钳,使电梯在井道内部净尺寸不统一的情况下,还能让电梯对重进行正常运行。
