The stop hook is arranged on the carrier; the lifting hook is rotatably arranged on the carrier and used for being matched with the stop hook, and the lifting hook has the rotating tendency of being separated from the stop hook due to the load torque borne by the lifting hook when a heavy object is hung. The blocking mechanism is movably arranged on the carrier and used for being matched with the lifting hook in an abutting mode so as to limit the rotation trend of the lifting hook. The distance from the abutting part of the lifting hook to the rotating center is greater than the distance from the hanging part to the rotating center; the driving mechanism is arranged on the carrier and used for driving the blocking mechanism to break away from the hook. According to the scheme, the force borne by the blocking mechanism in the abutting fit process is far smaller than the gravity of a heavy object, the force borne by the driving mechanism for driving the blocking mechanism to be separated from the lifting hook is small, the weight borne by the lifting hook type throwing device can be large, and in other words, heavier heavy objects can be thrown.
