The invention relates to a whole vehicle mass self-adaptive estimation method, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: performing information acquisition in a vehicle driving process; whether activation conditions are met or not is judged according to the collected whole vehicle running state and driving part running information; if not, calculating a vehicle mass basic value, storing the vehicle mass basic value and taking the vehicle mass basic value as a vehicle mass estimation value; if yes, constructing a whole vehicle mass estimation system model, solving an optimal solution of the model to obtain a whole vehicle mass estimation original value, calculating candidate whole vehicle mass estimation values according to a pre-stored whole vehicle mass basic value and the whole vehicle mass estimation original value, and judging whether a completion condition is met or not; if yes, taking the candidate vehicle mass estimation value as a vehicle mass estimation value; and if not, taking a pre-stored vehicle mass basic value as a vehicle mass estimation value, and returning to the step of judging whether the activation condition is met or not. The estimation accuracy of the whole vehicle quality can be improved.
