The invention provides a rear wheel steering control method, electronic equipment and a vehicle. After a rear wheel synchronous control instruction is received, if the current state of a rear wheel is a fault-free state, the current vehicle speed and the current steering wheel turning angle are determined; in response to the current vehicle speed meeting the vehicle speed control condition and the current steering wheel angle meeting the steering control condition, entering a synchronization mode, and controlling the rear wheels to steer synchronously with the front wheels; and in the synchronous mode, alarm control and mode exit control are performed according to the detected vehicle speed and the detected steering wheel angle. And under the condition of no fault, the entering of the synchronization mode is limited according to the vehicle speed control condition and the steering control condition, so that accidents caused by the fact that a driver cannot normally predict the vehicle driving track after entering the synchronization mode are avoided, and the safety of synchronous steering is ensured. And alarm control and mode exit control are carried out by detecting the vehicle speed and the steering wheel rotation, so that the driving safety in the synchronous mode is ensured.
