The negative pole piece comprises a current collector; the organic coating is arranged on at least one side of the current collector, the organic coating comprises a binder, a conductive agent and an organic component additive, the organic component additive comprises an organic sulfonate substance, and the molecular structure of the organic component additive comprises a benzenesulfonic acid group; the substituent R on the benzene ring comprises at least one of hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted C8-12 alkyl, ester group, carboxyl, acylamino, cyano and hydroxyl; and the negative electrode active material layer is arranged on one side, far away from the current collector, of the organic coating. The organic component additive is added into the organic coating of the negative pole piece, so that the infiltration effect of the electrolyte on the pole piece can be effectively enhanced, and meanwhile, the bonding force between the negative active material layer and the organic coating and the bonding force between the organic coating and the current collector can be improved, so that the stripping force of the negative pole piece is improved. Therefore, the negative pole piece disclosed by the invention has relatively high stripping force and relatively good electrolyte wettability.
