A speed regulation drive circuit of an automobile air conditioner blower comprises a signal input end and a blower negative electrode end, the speed regulation drive circuit is arranged between the signal input end and the blower negative electrode end, the speed regulation drive circuit comprises an NMOS tube and a signal control circuit, a drain electrode of the NMOS tube is connected with the blower negative electrode end, a source electrode of the NMOS tube is grounded, and the signal control circuit is connected with the signal input end. A grid electrode of the NMOS tube is connected with a signal input end through a signal control circuit, the signal control circuit comprises a first triode, a second triode and a third triode, a base electrode of the second triode is connected with the signal input end, an emitting electrode is grounded, a collector electrode is connected with positive voltage and is connected with a base electrode of the first triode, and a base electrode of the third triode is grounded. The collector of the first triode is connected with positive voltage, the emitter of the first triode is connected with the collector of the third triode and connected with the grid of the NMOS tube, the base of the third triode is connected with the signal input end, and the emitter of the third triode is grounded. The problems that an air blower control system is large in size and high in cost are solved.
