The invention belongs to the technical field of underwater operation, and particularly relates to an adsorption device for ROV underwater operation, the adsorption device comprises a frame body, a negative pressure generation mechanism and an adsorption mechanism, the frame body is used for bearing underwater operation equipment; the negative pressure generating mechanism comprises a water pump, a jet device connected with the water pump and a plurality of connecting pipes, an outlet of the water pump is connected with an inlet of the jet device, the connecting pipes are connected with a suction inlet of the jet device, and the suction inlet of the jet device can form negative pressure; the adsorption mechanism comprises a plurality of suckers; the connecting pipe is connected with the suction cup, the negative pressure generating mechanism operates to form negative pressure between the suction cup and a working face, the water pump is started, water flow is sprayed out of an outlet of the jet device to form negative pressure, water in the suction cup is sucked away under the action of the negative pressure, and the suction cup is stably sucked to a dam body. Therefore, counter-acting force generated in the operation process on a slope face, a horizontal face and a vertical face is overcome, the underwater robot is prevented from generating large floating or overturning, and stable operation of the underwater robot is guaranteed.
