The invention relates to an underwater operation device which comprises a suspension bin (1), a pressurized water bin (2), a camera (3), a mechanical arm (4) and a mechanical arm driver (5), wherein the suspension bin (1) is a hollow pressure-resistant container and is used for storing suspension and control elements. The pressurized water bin (2) is also a pressure container and is mainly used for ascending, descending and suspending actions of the device by controlling the amount of added or discharged water. And the camera (3) is used for underwater observation. And the mechanical arm (4) is used for underwater operation. And the mechanical arm driver (5) is an underwater operation action actuator. The working principle of the device is that the pressure in the device is controlled to be balanced with the external water pressure according to different water depths, so that the pressure resistance of the device can be kept. And meanwhile, gas or liquid which keeps pressure is used as power to drive a corresponding pump body to output power, so that the driving of the device can be realized. The mechanism utilizes the pressure balance principle to control the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the bin body, has the characteristics of light weight, easiness in operation, easiness in production and processing and the like, and can realize various complex underwater operations.
本发明涉及一种水下作业装置,包括悬浮仓(1)、压水仓(2)、摄像头(3)、机械臂(4)、机械臂驱动器(5)所述悬浮仓(1)为中空耐压容器,提供悬浮与控制元件存放。压水仓(2)也是耐压容器,主要是通过控制加入或排出水的多少,来用于装置的上升与下深,及悬浮动作。摄像头(3)用于水下观察。机械臂(4)用于水下作业。机械臂驱动器(5)是水下作业动作执行器。该装置的工作原理就是根据水深度不同,控制装置内的压力与外部水压保持平衡,即可保持装置的抗压性。同时利用保持压力的气体或液体作为动力,驱动相应的泵体输出动力,即可实现装置的驱动。本机构利用压力平衡原理来控制仓体内外的压力差,实现轻量化,易操作,易生产加工等特点,可以实现水下各种复杂作业。
