The invention discloses an absolute wave height measuring system and method based on a ship-mounted wave height meter. The system comprises a mounting platform, a hinge rope, a supporting rod, the wave height meter, a hinge joint and a hoisting weight. The mounting platform is fixedly arranged on a ship deck and extends out of the deck; the upper end of the hinge rope is connected with the part, extending out of the deck, of the mounting platform; the supporting rod is connected with a hoisting weight through a hinge joint; the wave height meter is fixedly arranged on the supporting rod and is parallel to the supporting rod; wherein the hinge rope can rotate in an unconstrained manner, and the hinge rope cannot be stretched; the hoisting weight block can rotate around the hinge joint in an unconstrained manner; and the position of the wave height meter is arranged in a preset range of the water surface height. The method is simple and feasible, and can be realized by slightly improving a common wave height meter; the measuring system is installed on a real ship, and the absolute wave surface elevation of incident waves encountered by the real ship in the ocean can be obtained.

    本发明公开了一种基于随船浪高仪的绝对波高测量系统及方法,系统包括安装平台、铰链绳、撑杆、浪高仪、铰接头以及吊重块;安装平台固设在船舶甲板上,并向外伸出甲板;铰链绳上端连接安装平台伸出甲板的部分,铰链绳另一端连接撑杆;撑杆通过铰接头连接吊重块;浪高仪固设在撑杆上,并与撑杆相互平行;其中,铰链绳可进行无约束转动,且铰链绳不可被拉伸;吊重块可绕铰接头进行无约束转动;浪高仪的位置设置在水面高度的预设范围内。本发明简便可行,采用普通浪高仪稍加改进即可实现;本发明测量系统安装在实船上,即可获取实船在海洋中所遭遇入射波的绝对波面高程。
