The invention provides a vehicle-mounted power supply device for reducing reverse pre-charging resonance current, a driving assembly and a vehicle. The vehicle-mounted power supply device comprises a primary side capacitor and a direct current conversion circuit, and the direct current conversion circuit comprises a secondary side power circuit, a transformer, an ORI NG switch tube, a secondary side filter inductor and a secondary side filter capacitor. The secondary side power circuit is connected with the positive electrode of the vehicle-mounted low-voltage storage battery through a secondary side filter inductor and an ORI NG switch tube. One end of the secondary filter capacitor is used for being connected with the positive electrode of the vehicle-mounted low-voltage storage battery through the ORI NG switch tube, and the other end of the secondary filter capacitor is used for being connected with the negative electrode of the vehicle-mounted low-voltage storage battery. According to the vehicle-mounted power supply device provided by the invention, through the LC resonance circuit formed by the secondary filter capacitor and the secondary filter inductor, resonance current can be reduced, the reverse pre-charging power of the primary capacitor is improved, and meanwhile, the cost is reduced.
