The invention discloses an expressway vehicle detection device and method based on deep learning and videos. The device comprises an image acquisition module, an image processing module and a data transmission module. The image acquisition module is used for continuously acquiring images of vehicles running on the expressway and is connected with the image processing module; the image processing module processes the acquired image by using a deep learning method; the data transmission module uploads a processing result to the intelligent traffic system; the method comprises the following steps: firstly, erecting a camera on a highway toll gate; continuous image acquisition is carried out on vehicles running on the expressway through a camera; the image processing module is used for carrying out vehicle detection, vehicle tracking, average speed calculation, license plate detection and character recognition on the acquired images by using deep learning; and finally, an analysis and processing result obtained by the image processing module is uploaded to an intelligent traffic system through the data transmission module. According to the invention, highway vehicle detection can be completed with high precision and high efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种基于深度学习与视频的高速公路车辆检测装置及方法。装置包括图像采集模块、图像处理模块、数据传输模块。图像采集模块对高速公路上行驶的车辆进行连续的图像采集,并与图像处理模块相连;图像处理模块使用深度学习的方法对采集的图像进行处理;数据传输模块将处理结果上传到智慧交通系统;方法步骤为:首先在高速公路卡门上架设摄像机;通过摄像机对高速公路上行驶的车辆进行连续的图像采集;图像处理模块使用深度学习对采集的图像进行车辆检车、车辆跟踪、计算平均速度、车牌检测和文字识别;最后通过数据传输模块将图像处理模块得到的分析和处理结果上传到智慧交通系统。本发明能够高精度、高效率的完成高速公路车辆的检测。
