The invention discloses a traffic prediction method based on comprehensive spatio-temporal characteristics, which comprises the following steps: extracting spatio-temporal dimension characteristics of a predicted road section based on a traffic network, and inputting the spatio-temporal dimension characteristics as an original image signal matrix into a spatio-temporal block for processing to obtain a final input quantity, the spatio-temporal block comprising a spatio-temporal attention module and a spatio-temporal convolution module; combining the final input quantity with a result obtained by carrying out residual error convolution operation on the original image signal matrix, and processing to obtain a final output quantity; and inputting the final output quantity into the LSTM network model, and inputting an output result of the model into a full connection layer to obtain a final prediction result. According to the invention, the traffic management efficiency can be improved, and the possibility of congestion can be reduced or avoided.

    本发明公开了一种基于综合时空特征的交通预测方法,包括:基于交通网络,提取预测路段的时空维度特征,并将所述时空维度特征作为原始图信号矩阵输入时空块进行处理,获取最终输入量,其中时空块包括时空注意模块和时空卷积模块;将最终输入量与原始图信号矩阵经过残差卷积操作得到的结果相结合,并进行处理,获得最终输出量;将最终输出量输入LSTM网络模型,并将模型的输出结果输入至全连接层中,获得最终预测结果。本发明有助于提高交通管理的效率,还能够减少或避免拥塞发生的可能性。
