The invention relates to the field of seabed fishing, and particularly discloses a seabed fisher for marine geological survey. By arranging the opening and closing assembly and the grabbing assembly, when a user needs to grab an ocean bottom rock sample, a first hydraulic rod extends to drive an abutting rod to rotate, at the moment, a curved rod and the abutting rod rotate to drive a sealing plate to open, and along with opening of the sealing plate, the end of the first hydraulic rod drives the grabbing assembly to stretch out of a mounting shell; when a seabed gravel sample needs to be collected, a third hydraulic rod can be started to drive a framework to rotate, the rotating framework opens a clamping film, and the framework and the clamping film open on the side wall of the grabbing rod to form a clamping plate; the multiple clamping plates can stably hold gravel samples, and the fisher can effectively fish various seabed gravel samples.
