The invention discloses a handrail hinge structure with hovering and automatic bouncing functions and a mounting method. The handrail hinge structure comprises an upper bracket, a lower bracket and a shaft, the lower support is fixed to an auxiliary fascia console framework, fixing arms are arranged on the two sides of the lower support respectively, and rotating shaft holes are formed in the tops of the fixing arms. The upper support is used for connecting handrails, two sides of the upper support extend to form rotating arms, and rotating shaft holes are formed in the tops of the rotating arms. A shaft penetrates through a rotating shaft hole in the left side of the lower support and a rotating shaft hole in the left side of the upper support and sequentially penetrates through a left damping fin, a left lining, a left spring, a flat washer, a right spring, a right lining, a rotating shaft hole in the right side of the upper support, a right damping fin and a rotating shaft hole in the right side of the lower support. The left spring sleeves the outer side of the left lining, one end of the left spring is clamped on the first fixing support, and the other end of the left spring is clamped on the second fixing support; the right spring sleeves the outer side of the right lining, one end of the right spring is clamped on the first fixing support, and the other end of the right spring is clamped on the second fixing support.
