The invention relates to the technical field of crane cart control, in particular to an automatic deviation correction control system and method for a gantry crane cart. According to the invention, the encoder is additionally arranged on the driven wheel set of the cart, the position detection devices are uniformly arranged at the joints of the rails, the walking distance of the cart is secondarily detected, the encoder is automatically reset, and the deviation control stability can be improved and the smooth operation of the gantry crane can be ensured by combining an automatic control algorithm with strict logic; the HMI technology, the PLC programmable control technology, the frequency converter control technology and the like are comprehensively applied to a mechanical drive control system, so that automatic deviation correction of a cart is achieved, and the cart can normally operate even under the condition that a track seam and a cart wheel set slip; the method is easy to implement on site, the running stability of the cart can be effectively improved, and the method is safe, reliable and convenient to operate.

    本发明涉及起重机大车控制技术领域,具体涉及一种龙门式起重机大车自动纠偏控制系统及控制方法。本发明通过在大车从动轮组加装编码器,并在轨道连接处均匀设置位置检测装置,二次检测大车行走距离,实现编码器自动复位,结合逻辑严谨的自动控制算法,能够提高偏差控制的稳定性,保障龙门式起重机工作的顺利进行;通过将HMI技术、PLC可编程序控制技术、变频器控制技术等综合运用于机械驱动控制系统中,从而实现大车自动纠偏,即使在轨道接缝处和大车轮组打滑的情况下也能正常运行;本发明易于现场实施,能够有效提升大车运行的平稳性,且方法安全可靠,操作方便。
