The machine adopts electric drive liquid transmission, and the energy-saving control method of the machine comprises the following steps: determining displacement generated by a motor rotating speed required by an accelerator of the machine as accelerator flow; determining the flow required by the current sub-action of the machine as the sub-action required flow; and under the condition that the accelerator flow is larger than the sub-action demand flow, the motor rotating speed of the machine is determined according to the sub-action demand flow. According to the invention, the energy utilization rate of machinery can be improved, and energy loss is reduced.
