The ethylene glycol water heat exchange system is characterized in that a temperature switch is arranged on a methanol daily cabin, an outlet of the methanol daily cabin is connected with a fluid inlet of a methanol heat exchanger, and a fluid outlet of the methanol heat exchanger is connected with methanol equipment through a methanol service pump; a medium inlet of the methanol heat exchanger is connected with a fluid outlet of the ethylene glycol heat exchanger; a medium outlet of the methanol heat exchanger and an outlet of the ethylene glycol aqueous solution expansion water cabinet are connected with a fluid inlet of the ethylene glycol heat exchanger through an ethylene glycol circulating water pump; when the temperature in the methanol daily cabin is higher than a set value, fresh water in the central cooling fresh water system is selected as a heat exchange medium of the ethylene glycol heat exchanger; otherwise, main engine cylinder sleeve water in the main engine cylinder sleeve water circulation system is selected as the heat exchange medium of the ethylene glycol heat exchanger. The waste heat recovery technology is utilized, the main engine cylinder sleeve water heats the ethylene glycol water, and the ethylene glycol water heat exchanger can achieve automatic switching of heating and cooling.

    本发明公开了一种甲醇燃料船的乙二醇水热交换系统,甲醇日用舱上设有温度开关,甲醇日用舱的出口与甲醇热交换器的流体入口连接,甲醇热交换器的流体出口通过甲醇服务泵与甲醇设备连接;甲醇热交换器的介质入口与乙二醇热交换器的流体出口连接,甲醇热交换器的介质出口、乙二醇水溶液膨胀水柜的出口均通过乙二醇循环水泵与乙二醇热交换器的流体入口连接;当甲醇日用舱中的温度高于设定值时,选择中央冷却淡水系统中的淡水作为乙二醇热交换器的热交换介质;否则,选择主机缸套水循环系统中的主机缸套水作为乙二醇热交换器的热交换介质。本发明利用废热回收技术,主机缸套水加热乙二醇水,并且乙二醇水热交换器能实现加热和冷却的自动切换。
