The invention provides a floating type offshore wind power generation platform and a design and operation control method thereof.The floating type offshore wind power generation platform comprises a platform body and a wind driven generator installed on the platform body, the platform body is connected with preset anchor points of a seabed through a plurality of mooring lines, and the platform body comprises a plurality of buoys distributed in the circumferential direction; the buoys are mutually connected and fixed through truss structures, the wind driven generator is fixedly connected to one buoy, and an adjusting part used for adjusting the gravity center of the platform is arranged on the platform body. The gravity center and the net weight of the platform can be adjusted, the net weight of the balance weight unit, the extreme thrust of the wind driven generator, the maximum allowable inclination angle, the buoyancy center of the platform, the gravity center and other design parameters meet a certain mathematical relationship, and parameters such as the aerodynamic load of the wind driven generator, the tower footing bending moment, the platform inclination angle and the movement speed are measured through sensors and transmitted to a control system. The stability of the platform is regulated and controlled, and the operation stability of the floating platform and the aerodynamic efficiency of the wind driven generator are improved.

    本发明提供了一种漂浮式海上风力发电平台及其设计和运行控制方法,包括平台主体和安装在平台主体上的风力发电机,平台主体通过多根泊缆线与海床预设的锚点连接,平台主体包括多个沿周向分布的浮筒,多个浮筒之间通过桁架结构相互连接固定,风力发电机固定连接在其中一个所述浮筒上,平台主体上设有用于调节平台重心的调节部。平台能够调节其重心和净重,配重单元的净重与风力发电机极端推力、最大允许倾角和平台浮心、重心等设计参数满足一定的数学关系,根据传感器测量风力发电机气动载荷、塔基弯矩和平台倾斜角度、运动速度等参数,传递至控制系统中,实现对平台稳定性的调控,提高漂浮式平台运行的稳定性和风力发电机的气动效率。
