The purposes of signal control system level flattening, logic processing centralization, execution mechanism decentralization, transportation efficiency improvement and resource saving are achieved, and on the basis, ground centralized train autonomous operation control based on the cloud brain platform is achieved. The method has the characteristics of research environment state self-sensing, big data self-learning, mode self-decision, collaborative self-organization, fault self-recovery, scheduling control integration and the like.
