The model is used for receiving a battery swap request of a current electric vehicle and the SOC of a battery swap battery, and taking the stability and income of a battery swap station as a target function, the BSS power conversion optimization layer is used for searching a replacement strategy and a charging strategy at the current moment by using a PSO algorithm; and the micro-grid optimization scheduling layer is used for considering distributed new energy, a user, a BSS load and an energy storage system and running in a grid-connected state. And carrying out optimization regulation and control on the current micro-grid load by taking the operation cost minimization as an objective function. According to the invention, the earnings and stability of the battery swap station are improved, the operation cost of the micro-grid is reduced, and the efficient operation of the system is guaranteed.
