The invention discloses a turnout steel rail top adjustment automatic detection device and method, and belongs to the technical field of turnout machining. The method comprises the following steps: after top adjustment each time, detecting three coordinate values of a top adjustment position through three first laser range finders, and calculating an actual vector value according to the three coordinate values; after all jacking adjustment is completed, the steel rail is manually made to move towards the linear section, the milling starting point is located near the initial position of the linear section detection structure, the initial position is manually marked, the steel rail is jacked up through the floating jacking structure, and the linear section detection structure is made to move towards the end point of the linear section; a first contact type displacement sensor detects the initial position and the linear segment end point to obtain coordinate values of the initial position and the linear segment end point; meanwhile, a curve section detection structure is made to move towards the end point of the curve section, a second contact type displacement sensor is made to detect the preset position and the end point, and coordinate values of the preset position and the end point of the curve section are obtained; and obtaining offset distance deviation values of corresponding positions according to detection results.

    本发明公开了一种道岔钢轨顶调自动检测装置和方法,属于道岔加工技术领域。方法包括:每次顶调后,通过三个第一激光测距仪检测顶调处的三个坐标值,根据三个坐标值计算实际矢度值;全部顶调完成后,人工让钢轨朝向直线段运动,让铣削加工起点位于直线段检测结构的初始位置附近,人工标记起始位置,让浮动升顶结构将钢轨顶起,让直线段检测结构朝向直线段的端点运动,让第一接触式位移传感器对起始位置和直线段端点进行检测,得到起始位置和直线段端点的坐标值;于此同时,让曲线段检测结构朝向曲线段的端点运动,让第二接触式位移传感器对预定位置和端点进行检测,得到预定位置和曲线段端点的坐标值;根据检测结果得到相应位置的支距偏差值。
