The invention provides a vehicle kinetic energy recovery device which is simple in structure, small in occupied installation space, better in applicability and capable of saving use cost. The power generation device comprises a transfer case, a power generator is installed on the transfer case through an installation support, an output shaft of the transfer case is sleeved with a large-conical-surface friction wheel, an input shaft of the power generator is sleeved with a small-conical-surface friction wheel matched with the large-conical-surface friction wheel, and the input shaft of the power generator comprises a sectional main shaft and a split shaft. The split shaft is sleeved with the small conical surface friction wheel, an elastic structure is arranged between the main shaft and the split shaft, and the split shaft is pushed by the elastic structure to move in the axial direction to be disconnected with the main shaft. An electromagnetic clutch is arranged outside the mounting bracket corresponding to the split shaft, the split shaft is driven by magnetic force generated by the electromagnetic clutch to axially move and is connected with the main shaft into a whole, and the small conical surface friction wheel on the split shaft is in transmission fit connection with the large conical surface friction wheel.

    本发明提供了一种车辆动能回收装置,其结构简易,所占安装空间不大,适用性更好,同时可以节约使用成本。其包括分动箱,分动箱上通过安装支架安装有发电机,分动箱的输出轴上套装有大锥面摩擦轮,发电机的输入轴上套装有与大锥面摩擦轮相配合的小锥面摩擦轮,发电机的输入轴包括分段式的主轴、分体轴,小锥面摩擦轮套装于分体轴的外部,主轴与分体轴之间设有弹性结构,通过弹性结构推动分体轴沿轴向方向移动与主轴断开连接;安装支架的外部对应分体轴外部设有电磁离合器,通过电磁离合器产生的磁力带动分体轴轴向移动与主轴连接为一体,则分体轴上的小锥面摩擦轮与大锥面摩擦轮传动配合连接。
