The invention discloses a block floating state butt joint method for remote construction and a ship. The method comprises the following steps that a to-be-butt-jointed block and a stern half-ship block are constructed; measuring the precision of the whole to-be-butted block and the butting end face; overall precision data and end face precision data of the block to be butted are analyzed, end face allowance is cut off, and after floating, the block is moved to a wharf to be subjected to block internal outfitting work; the stern half ship block floats in situ and falls on a pier; the stern half-ship block is moved to a corresponding pier falling position, the block to be docked is moved to a dock through tugs, a dock gate is closed, the block to be docked is made to be close to the stern half-ship block, water is pumped in the dock in the moving process of the block to be docked, positioning data of the stern half-ship block is measured, and meanwhile floating state adjustment is conducted on the stern half-ship block; the to-be-butted block continues to be close to the stern half ship block, and a pull pump and an oil pump are adopted for adjusting and positioning the to-be-butted block; sealing row burning and constraint welding are carried out at the butt joint; and the structure butt joint precision condition of the underwater part is checked, precision trimming and cutting are carried out, and pier falling positioning of the block to be subjected to butt joint is completed.
