The invention discloses a road flatness detection method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the wheel deceleration of wheels of a vehicle, the whole vehicle speed and the whole vehicle deceleration are obtained in real time; road surface detection gain values and road surface reduction values corresponding to the bumping degrees of different road surfaces are determined according to the wheel deceleration of the wheels, the whole vehicle speed and the whole vehicle deceleration; determining an income value according to the detection gain value and the pavement reduction value; and determining the road flatness according to the income value and a predetermined threshold value. Thus, the road surface detection gain values and the road surface reduction values corresponding to different road surface bumping degrees can be determined according to the wheel deceleration of the wheels, the whole vehicle speed and the whole vehicle deceleration, then the road flatness is determined according to the income value and the preset threshold value determined by the detection gain values and the road surface reduction values, more vehicle data does not need to be obtained, and the road flatness is determined. The method has the advantages of simple operation, low cost, less acquired vehicle data and occupied resources, short processing time and high detection precision, and can adapt to application scenarios in which vehicle kinetic parameters are variable.
