The invention relates to a heavy truck battery replacing device and a sensing positioning method thereof, and the method is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps: 1) measuring the direction of a vehicle relative to a battery replacing facility through a transverse sensor which is arranged on the battery replacing facility and is perpendicular to a vehicle body, and judging whether a battery on the vehicle is located in the clamping range of a telescopic cantilever on the battery replacing facility; the telescopic cantilever is used for taking and placing a battery; (2) when the battery is located in the clamping range of the telescopic cantilever, the telescopic cantilever moves to the position above the battery; 3) adjusting the telescopic cantilever to a rated position for clamping the battery through a vertical sensor mounted on the telescopic cantilever, and measuring the height difference between the telescopic cantilever and the battery; and 4) descending the telescopic cantilever to clamp the battery according to the height difference. Unmanned operation of heavy truck battery replacement can be achieved through automatic positioning battery replacement, and development of heavy truck battery replacement automation is promoted.

    本发明涉及一种重卡换电设备及其传感定位方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:1)通过换电设施上设置的垂直于车身的横向传感器测量车辆相对换电设施的方位,判断车辆上的电池是否位于换电设施上的伸缩悬臂的夹取范围;所述伸缩悬臂用于取、放电池;2)在电池位于所述伸缩悬臂的夹取范围时,伸缩悬臂移动到所述电池的上方;3)通过所述伸缩悬臂上安装的垂向传感器,调整伸缩悬臂到用于夹取电池的额定位置,并测量伸缩悬臂与电池的高度差;4)根据高度差下降伸缩悬臂夹取电池。通过自动定位换电可以实现重卡换电的无人操作,促进了重卡换电自动化的发展。
