The invention relates to the technical field of fuel cells, in particular to a fuel cell hydrogen consumption calculation method and system.The fuel cell hydrogen consumption calculation method comprises the steps that the hydrogen mass reduction amount is calculated by calculating the pressure and temperature in a hydrogen storage system bottle and the volume of the bottle, the reduction mass is accumulated, and therefore the hydrogen consumption mass is calculated; the problem of inaccurate hydrogen consumption statistics in the running process of the fuel cell vehicle is solved; hydrogenation operation is identified through rising change data of a pressure sensor of a hydrogen storage system in a period, and hydrogen mass changes before and after hydrogenation are calculated through pressure, temperature and the volume of a hydrogen bottle, so that the filling mass is calculated; by setting a hydrogen system pressure lower limit value P1, hydrogen pressure data is considered to have problems, and data ignoring is carried out; setting hydrogenation pressure identification P2, and when the pressure difference exceeds P2, considering that hydrogenation operation is carried out; and the hydrogen mass consumption rate of the vehicle changing along with the mileage is calculated by calculating the accumulated filling amount and the vehicle form accumulated mileage.

    本发明涉及燃料电池技术领域,具体涉及一种燃料电池氢气消耗量计算方法以及系统,本发明通过过计算储氢系统瓶内的压力和温度、瓶子的容积,计算出氢气质量减少量,并对减少质量进行累计,从而计算出氢气的消耗质量,解决燃料电池车辆运行过程中,氢耗统计不准的问题;通过对周期内的储氢系统压力传感器的上升变化数据进行识别出加氢操作,并通过压力、温度、氢瓶容积计算出加氢前后氢气质量变化,从而计算出加注质量;通过设定氢系统压力下限值P1,认为氢气压力数据有问题,进行数据忽略;设定加氢压力识别之P2,当压力差超过P2则认为进行了加氢操作;通过计算累计的加注量与车辆形式累计里程,计算车辆随里程变化的氢气质量消耗率。
