A mounting hole is formed in the upper end face of the ball seat, and the charging pile body is mounted on the semispherical seat through the mounting hole. When a vehicle collides with the charging pile body, the buffer springs and the spring rods are elastically deformed, so that the function of buffering impact force is achieved, the charging pile body is protected, and the charging pile body is prevented from being damaged due to hard impact. And if one side of the vehicle bumper collides with the charging pile body, namely the charging pile body is subjected to non-front-face collision, the charging pile body is subjected to torsional force, so that the charging pile body rotates, and the effect of relieving impact force is achieved.
