In the system, a comprehensive grounding device is arranged between a negative current collector of a train and a train body; the vehicle-mounted electrical equipment shell is electrically connected with the train body; the cathode current collector is electrically connected with a cathode backflow rail of the train; when the train body is in the station, the grounding brush is electrically connected with the grounding rail; the comprehensive grounding device comprises a resistor, a capacitor, a diode and a nanocrystalline magnetic core choking coil, and the resistor is connected with the nanocrystalline magnetic core choking coil in series and then connected with the diode and the capacitor in parallel; according to the scheme, the impedance characteristic of the comprehensive grounding device can be improved by reasonably selecting the equivalent inductance value of the nanocrystalline magnetic core choking coil, so that harmonic noise entering a train body from a negative electrode backflow rail is restrained, the electromagnetic environment of low-voltage equipment in the train is improved, and the safety and stability of train operation are improved.
