The invention provides an automobile windshield transparency management system which comprises dimmable glass, a roller button, a controller and a matched power supply, the dimmable glass is electrically connected with the power supply and comprises a plurality of dimmable areas arranged in a rectangular array in m rows and n columns, the roller button is electrically connected with the controller, and the controller is electrically connected with the power supply. The controller is used for selecting one or more dimmable areas in the dimmable glass to obtain a dimmable area, and the controller controls the power supply to adjust the light transmittance of the dimmable area according to the dimmable area. Based on the transparency management system, the invention further provides an automobile and a transparency adjusting method. The system has the advantages that a driver autonomously selects and moves the dimming area through the roller button, the dimming area is located at the optimal position all the time, the system automatically adjusts the light transmittance of the dimmable area of the strong light area according to the vehicle speed, stimulation of strong light to eyes of the driver is avoided, and the driving comfort is improved.
