The invention provides a heat pump type temperature adjusting device which can adjust the temperature by changing the temperature of a heat medium according to the heat load condition of an object to be adjusted under the condition that the structure of a heat medium circuit does not become complicated. The temperature adjusting device comprises a compressor, a first heat exchange part functioning as a radiator, a pressure reducing device, and a second heat exchange part functioning as a heat absorber, and is provided with: a refrigerant circuit for circulating a refrigerant discharged from the compressor in the order of the first heat exchange part, the pressure reducing device, and the second heat exchange part; a high-temperature-side heat medium circuit that circulates a heat medium that has been subjected to heat exchange with the refrigerant by the first heat exchange unit; and a low-temperature-side heating medium circuit that circulates a heating medium that exchanges heat with the refrigerant by means of the second heat exchange unit, the temperature of a plurality of temperature adjustment objects being adjusted via the heating medium, the first heat exchange unit and the second heat exchange unit each including a plurality of heat exchange members. The heat medium circuit has a switching unit capable of switching between a series mode in which the heat medium continuously passes through a heat exchange member selected from the plurality of heat exchange members and exchanges heat with a temperature adjustment target, and a parallel mode in which the heat medium individually passes through the heat exchange members and exchanges heat with the temperature adjustment target.
